We have confirmed they are [<span class="sc">GDPR</span> compliant](https://gdpr.eu/what-is-gdpr/){target="_blank"}. (Outside of Europe, Vultr is only <span class="sc">GDPR</span> compliant by request! We have ensured compliance by executing a Data Processing Addendum.
